eg334 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "eg334", "we", "us", or "our" refers to eg334, the operator of the website accessible at https://eg334.io and all associated subdomains and mobile-browser interfaces.
• "Platform" means the eg334 website, account dashboard, betting interface, casino lobby, and all services made available through https://eg334.io.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Member on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Funds" means the BDT balance held in a Member's Account, comprising deposited amounts and any credited bonus funds subject to their applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, deposit match bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account by eg334 as part of a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by eg334 before processing withdrawals or at any point eg334 deems necessary.
• "Prohibited Activity" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to Bangladesh and used by eg334 for all time-sensitive determinations including bonus expiry, settlement deadlines, and support availability.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are written in English; no translation shall be relied upon to vary the meaning of the English text.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the eg334 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or launching any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as described in Section 14.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and eg334 in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The eg334 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding an Account. eg334 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any person who is under 21 must not attempt to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity whatsoever.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is made available primarily for use by residents and visitors of Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the eg334 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. eg334 makes no warranty that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. eg334 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any territory at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3.3 One Account Per Member

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — is a Prohibited Activity. eg334 employs technical, financial, and identity-matching controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, eg334 may close one or all associated accounts, retain balances pending investigation, void pending bets and bonuses, and permanently restrict the associated identity from the Platform.

3.4 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify eg334 promptly if any registered information changes. eg334 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

eg334 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when account activity triggers internal compliance checks. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued driving licence. eg334 may also request proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in the relevant transaction being placed on hold.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. eg334 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Any activity that occurs on the Platform using your Account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify eg334 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. eg334 will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must not allow any other person, including a family member or associate, to use your Account to place bets or access casino games. eg334 accounts are strictly non-transferable.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eg334 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All Account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eg334 does not impose currency conversion fees on BDT transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of eg334.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the Account cashier section at the time of transaction. eg334 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time. Any such changes will be reflected in the cashier interface and do not require individual notification to Members.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours. eg334 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or circumstances beyond eg334's reasonable control. Withdrawals are disbursed to the same payment method as the Member's most recent deposit unless an alternative pre-approved method has been authorised by the eg334 compliance team in writing.

5.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your eg334 Account, you confirm that the funds belong to you personally and have been obtained through lawful means. eg334 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time. Deposits suspected to originate from unlawful activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5.5 Unclaimed Balances

If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months, eg334 reserves the right to classify the account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance if lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Members will receive notification to their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits offered by eg334 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict and solely in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balances. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types are detailed in each promotion's terms. eg334 reserves the right to void any Bonus Fund balance and associated winnings if eg334 determines that the wagering requirement has been circumvented, manipulated, or satisfied through low-risk or risk-free betting strategies including but not limited to bet hedging across markets.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated free bet credits that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity window will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Misuse of Promotions

eg334 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or promotional benefit where eg334 reasonably determines that the Member has registered multiple accounts, provided false eligibility information, coordinated with other accounts, or otherwise exploited a promotion contrary to its intended purpose. Such conduct also constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 8.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. Sport-specific rules for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets are published within the Platform's betting help section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Casino game rules are governed by the published paytables and game information panels provided by the relevant game supplier (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

eg334 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not offered, placed at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a manifest error, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical error in the Platform. eg334's decision in relation to the validity and settlement of bets is final, subject to the dispute process described in Section 15.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. eg334 may apply individual bet limits to any Member's account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eg334 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, permanent ban, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform through another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's betting or gaming interfaces.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the Platform to generate artificial profit.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or systematic risk-free wagering designed to extract bonus value while minimising genuine risk.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any portion of the Platform's code, content, odds data, or game assets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing eg334 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions imposed by eg334.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the eg334 Platform — including but not limited to the eg334 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text copy, graphics, icons, game interfaces, odds data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of eg334 or is licensed to eg334 by its respective owners. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, modified, or used in any derivative work without eg334's prior written consent.

Game content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by eg334 under licence. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes during the period that their Account remains active.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eg334 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether eg334 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

eg334 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events of force majeure may cause temporary unavailability. eg334 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during downtime.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

eg334 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://eg334.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eg334 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. 13. Suspension and Termination

eg334 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where eg334 reasonably determines that: (a) the Member has engaged in a Prohibited Activity; (b) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) the Member has failed to complete KYC within a required timeframe; (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members; or (e) applicable regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate closure.

On permanent closure, any verified cash balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements and net of any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Member via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

A Member may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect eg334's right to retain records as required by applicable law or to pursue claims arising from Prohibited Activities identified prior to or after closure.

14. Amendments to These Terms

eg334 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, eg334 will notify registered Members via the email address on file and will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. The current version of the Terms is always available at https://eg334.io/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as recognised under the jurisdiction of eg334's operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and eg334 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedure published on the Platform. eg334's decisions on bet settlement and game outcomes are final except where a manifest error or technical fault is established.

Nothing in this section prevents eg334 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.
